Paul Wedeking

Co-Founder, President and CEO

Paul is responsible for the strategic direction and operations of the company. Paul has held senior leadership positions at IBM, A.T. Kearney, Blue Ridge Partners and AT&T, and has spent several years advising start-up and emerging technology companies on top-line revenue growth strategies. He received his BA in Political Science and International Relations from St. Andrews University, his MA in Management from the Peter Drucker School of Management at the Claremont Graduate School, and his Professional Management  degree from the University of Southern California. Paul also holds an IBM Certificate in Executive Management from the Wharton School of Business.

Dhiren Patel

Co-Founder

As Co-Founder, Dhiren has been instrumental in driving Lusynt’s evolution and strategy. Dhiren has led key Lusynt engagements with trade associations and consulting firms to prove-out the value proposition of this innovative automation platform.  Dhiren has more than twenty five years of management consulting, technology, and analytics leadership experience. He has supported the spin out of Lusynt from NTELX, Inc., a provider of decision management and logistics management solutions which he co-founded nearly 20 years ago. Prior to NTELX, he worked as a consultant with McKinsey & Company and was a co-founder of Global Inroads, Inc., an international logistics services business. He holds an AB cum laude in Economics from Princeton University and an MBA with Honors in Finance from the University of Chicago.

Rob Quartel

Chairman Of The Board

Rob serves as Executive Chairman of the Board at Lusynt. In this capacity, he advises senior leadership on all aspects of the company’s business. Rob is a former member of the US Federal Maritime Commission and an internationally recognized expert in maritime and US transportation policy; his experience spans energy, transportation, safety and environmental regulation, and other public policy issues. Rob is a prolific writer and speaker, frequently cited in the media and called upon for expert testimony. He has been a senior policy advisor to numerous public figures and to Congress. He received his undergraduate degree in biology at Rice University and his Master’s in public and private management from Yale University’s School of Organization and Management. He is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations and other public policy and security advisory bodies.

Mark Nicholson

VP, Product Development

Mark serves as the VP of Product Development at Lusynt. He is responsible for leading the company’s platform development and directing all activities associated with the delivery of Lusynt solutions. Mark is a seasoned Information Technology Executive with more than twenty-five years of experience in IT strategy, management, and delivery of products and custom applications in several industry sectors including financial services, insurance, travel and leisure, telecommunications, and engineering. Prior to joining the company, Mark held senior positions in technology development and management in several organizations, including Freddie Mac and Perot Systems. Mark graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Engineering Science with honors from Durham University, in the UK.

Ben Morrison

Technical Architect

Ben brings over 20 years of custom software and web application development experience to the team. As Lusynt’s Technical Architect, he plays a critical role in the design and development of our highly configurable, cloud-based, SaaS platform. Prior to joining Lusynt, Ben held various management and technical positions in system architecture, database design and software development of both web-based and mobile applications. Ben received both his undergraduate degree in Physics, and his Diploma for Graduates in Information Science from the University of Otago. He was a recipient of the Kingma Award from the Geological Society of New Zealand and a finalist in the Computerworld Excellence Awards for Use of IT in Government.
Dmitry Radbel

Dmitry Radbel

VP of Content Configuration

Dmitry serves as the VP of Content Configuration at Lusynt. He is responsible for working with customers to help them convert their unique subject matter into Intelligent Digital Assessments and robust Decision Support Solutions. Dmitry Radbel has over 40 years of consulting and program management experience helping large and mid-sized companies implement complex projects and business initiatives. He has served clients in the media and entertainment, consumer electronics, telecommunications, and aerospace industries. His specific expertise includes project management, architecting complex systems, digital media supply chain, and content encoding, production and protection.

Dmitry managed programs for the UltraViolet consortium, AT&T and Sony, served as a VP of Advanced Technologies at Universal Music Group, CTO at Massive Media Group, Senior Manager at AT&T Solutions, VP of Program Management at Tele-TV, and Manager of Systems Engineering at DirecTV. He received his undergraduate BSEE degree from the St. Petersburg Institute of Telecommunications, his MSEE from the University of Washington, and his MBA from UCLA.

Marketing Associate

Andrew serves as a Marketing Associate at Lusynt. In this capacity, he is responsible for overseeing the company’s market and customer research activities, developing and implementing its digital marketing strategy, managing the company’s CRM activities, and creating content for its on-going online and offline marketing and customer support programs. Andrew received his BA in Political Science from Kenyon College – where he participated on the Varsity cross country and track teams for four years – and his MS in Management from Wake Forest University.
